True goals Setting goals helps to give our life purpose and realising them a sense of achievement.
We may not always reach our goals, but this is no reason for despair. Life is a process. It’s about the direction of travel, and the joys this travel entails. It’s not necessarily just what we achieve by reaching our goals that matters, but what we become by striving for them.

True values The essence of who we are, and ultimately what we will achieve, is closely related to the principles and ideals that we use to determine our actions. Setting our own standardsand holding firmly to them takes strength of character but also gives us a solid point of reference to orientate our lives by.

True friendships
It’s very easy to get caught up with the crowd and allow its momentum to drag us in
whatever direction it’s going. Friendships are important, so we need to surround
ourselves with people who will support, inspire and encourage us to be the best we can be. True friends can be like navigation beacons that light the way ahead and help keep us away from danger.

True directions
It’s impossible to move our lives forward unless we know which way ‘forward’ is. Of
course events will have an impact on the path we take, but it is not just the wind that determines the direction a boat travels; it also depends on how we set the sails and how we manage each wave.
